GSOFCT Announces 2010 Breakfast Badge Committee

Girl Scouts of Connecticut is pleased to announce the committee for its 2010 Breakfast Badge event - a distinguished group of community and business women.

The Breakfast Badge event acknowledges an exemplary community leader and honors her or him with a personalized Girl Scout Badge. Girl Scouts of Connecticut will announce this year's honoree at the end of October.
Girl Scouts of Connecticut will hold its 14th Annual Breakfast Badge event on Friday, December 10 from 7:30 - 9:00 a.m. at The Hartford Club in Downtown Hartford. Friends and supporters of Girl Scouts of Connecticut are invited to join this ceremonial breakfast of fun and fundraising to support Girl Scouting's personal and leadership development programs for young women. In honor of Girl Scouting's 98th year, the ticket price for this year's Breakfast Badge will be $98.00.
Net proceeds from the Breakfast Badge will support enrichment, educational, recreational, and personal development programs that help girls in grades K - 12 bring out the best in themselves and their communities. The Girl Scout Leadership Experience offers girls the lifetime skills they need to discover their personal best; connect with others to build healthy relationships; and take action in their communities to make the world a better place.
