Inviting all girls entering Kindergarten and First Grade not currently in a troop to join the Girl Scout Summer Daisy 4 Week Program,
Thursdays, July 11,18, 25 and Aug. 1, 6:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m.
*August 1 will include a Pinning Ceremony
Activities will include learning more about Girl Scouts, stories, crafts, games and songs.
Cost: $15.00 includes registration fee, supplies and pin. Please make checks payable to GSOFCT.
Financial aid available upon request.
Uniforms will be discussed at the first meeting.

Girlz R.U.L.E. (Respect, Understand, Lead, Empower) is an anti-bullying program designed for girls. Girl Scouts of Connecticut has developed this signature initiative and there are programs throughout the state. Volunteers are needed to facilitate this program to girls in grades three through eight, which may be offered during school hours, immediately after school, or in one-day workshops or events.
There is no cost for this training. Light refreshments will be served throughout the day, bring a lunch and covered mug. More trainings will be offered throughout the membership year. To register, contact Hannah Granfield.

Visit the International Camporee for a fun-filled day!

There will be a chance to visit the International Camporee for a day August 8, 2012. All are invited to join in the fun and festivities! Daisies through Ambassadors, Families, Alumnae, and Girl Scout friends can all enjoy a day full of sampling international foods, singing, playing games, and SWAPing.

Join us for First Niagara Girl Scout Night Tuesday, August 21! Come and experience world class professional tennis at the New Haven Open at Yale presented by First Niagara. All Girl Scouts are invited to a private meet and greet session at the Sports Zone at 5:45 p.m. with a professional player followed by great tennis on the Stadium Court at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are $12 with general parking an additional $10.
