TR14815 First Aid/CPR/AED Full Course - North Haven

DEADLINE DATE 4/3/2014 Fee $50.00. First Aid/Adult & Child CPR/AED full course takes place on Saturday 4/5/2014, 9:30am - 3:30pm, at the North Haven Service Center, 20 Washington Avenue, North Haven, CT. The purpose of the American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED program is to help participants recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac, breathing and first aid emergencies. The course teaches skills that participants need to know to give immediate care to a suddenly injured or ill person until more advanced medical personnel arrive and take over. Course length: 6 hours. Participants who successfully complete this course will receive certification in Adult & child CPR, AED and First Aid. This will meet the requirements for a Level I First Aider for troops/groups.

Bring: First Aid/CPR/AED manual. You may also view the materials on-line at If you wish to purchase a manual, bring a check for $9 made out to GSOFCT. Wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to get to the floor and back up. Bring lunch or a snack
