TR13837 FA/CPR/AED Review - Wilton

DEADLINE DATE 3/16/13 Fee $35.00. First Aid and Adult/Child CPR/AED Review - Takes place on Saturday, 3/23/13, 11:00am - 4:00pm. The purpose of the American Red Cross CPR/AED program is to help participants recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac and breathing emergencies. The course teaches skills that participants need to know to give immediate care to a suddenly injured or ill person until more advanced medical personnel arrive and take over. Course length: 5 hours. Participants who successfully complete this course will receive certification in Adult/Child CPR/AED. When combined with a First Aid course, will meet the requirements for a Level I First Aider for troops/groups. Participants must be present for the full course to receive full certification. Late comers will not be permitted into the course.

Bring: First Aid/CPR/AED manual. You may also view the materials on-line at www.redcross.org. If you wish to purchase a manual, bring a check for $9 made out to GSOFCT. Wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to get to the floor and back up. Bring lunch or a snack
