FULL - December 27,2013 6:30pm-December 28,2013 9am Deadline Date 12/13/13 Once in a lifetime! Comet ISON will make its closest approach to earth in the early hours of the morning. So let's make a fun night of astronomy - view some neat objects through the telescope, do some crafts, have hot cocoa, and get to bed early. Then we'll wake up at 5:00 a.m. to view the comet, which promises to be the brightest in at least 50 years - maybe even brighter than the moon! Bring overnight gear, warm clothes, binoculars (if you have them) and a bagged dinner. Snacks and pancake breakfast provided. (For: Troops, Individuals w/Adult)
