11/6/12 11:00am-1:00pm DEADLINE 10/30/12 This workshop is for adults who are supporting girls in their road to Gold using the Leadership Journey Way. Topics covered include: important dates and definitions, working with the Journeys, take action vs. community service, community and mind mapping. What the terms "sustainable," "global," "measurable," and "share" mean in terms of the new Gold and the new standards of excellence are explained. We will also discuss your role as a Troop Advisor and ways of recognizing girls when they complete the Gold Award. Leave with resources to help you guide your girls on the journey to Gold. This workshop is not intended for girls.
