Cadettes collect socks for environmental project Posted: Feb 27, 2012 Montville Cadette Troop 63033 coordinated & ran a successful used sock collection to donate to the University of California research project. Socks are used to hold bait for an endangered species of Pacific Fishers. The troop collected socks from various locations in town which resulted in donations of over 63 pounds of socks.
