Silver Award - Proclamation Posted: Jul 30, 2011 Six Old Saybrook girls received their Silver Award. State Representative Marilyn Guiliano gave each individual girl a certificate of Proclamation from the State Legislation. This was even more special because Marilyn is a past girl scout and girl scout leader.
